Sending a Telegram GIF: Quick Steps

Open a Telegram chat.
Click the sticker icon in the mobile app, or the emoji icon in the desktop app.
Click GIFs.
Search for a GIF.
Click the GIF to send it.

It's a round sticker-like icon with one edge folded down. You'll see it in the Message box at the bottom of the chat.

Tap GIFs. This will open Telegram's GIF library.
- Alternatively, you can type @gif into the typing area, which will prompt you to search Tenor for GIFs.

Anything you enter will automatically search the GIF library and bring up GIFs that match your search.

Tap a GIF to send it. This will send the selected GIF to the chat.
- Want to save the GIF to your Android, iPhone, or iPad? Tap and hold the GIF and select Save Video.
