In Minecraft, you can currently collect up to 47 paintings (or 51, if you include the unused paintings). These paintings span across nine total possible sizes, and you'll get a random one each time you place a blank painting (with some caveats). In this article, we'll go over every Minecraft painting and include the real-life paintings they're based on (if any). We also go over how to place and craft your paintings so you can get started on your Minecraft art gallery. Read on to learn how.
All Paintings in Minecraft
There are currently 47 paintings in Minecraft. They can be obtained by placing a blank painting on a wall. You'll get a random painting when you do this, so to collect all the paintings, you'll need to place at least 47 blank paintings. There are also four unreleased paintings you can get via commands or data packs.
