What should I wear to P.E.?

Wear loose-fitting clothes and short sleeve shirts. It's a good idea to bring layers in case it gets cold. Make sure you wear comfortable tennis shoes too. Avoid open-toe shoes, like flip flops or sandals, and any shoes that have a very high heel, like boots.

How do you do well in PE?

Gym class is about getting active and having a good time. Don't worry about being the best or whether you did something right or wrong. Just do your best and have fun.

What should I wear to gym class?

Loose fitting clothes or short-sleeve shirts most of the time. Layers would be good because sometimes classrooms might be cold, and as you warm up, you can take a layer off. Make sure that your wear something that's comfortable and easy to move in. As for footwear, tennis shoes that tie are the best.
