Where do I find a master ball?

You can find it in the aqua/magma hideout. It's around the area with the 4 pokeballs altogether. 2 are elctrodes and one's a master ball.

Any Pokeball would work eventually, but a Master Ball would work the best. If you don't want to waste your Master Ball, I would use an Ultra Ball.

Don't think just because Rayquaza's level is lower than Deoxys's Dragon Ascent won't knock it out
Don't use Dragon Ascent when Deoxys is at yellow because there's a chance you'll defeat it.
Get him low, use hypnosis and lots of ultra balls. He may recover and if so, repeat.
