Creating a Photo Album on Mobile: Quick Steps
- Open your Facebook profile page.
- Select Photos.
- Select Albums > +.
- Enter your album details and tap Save.
- Tap Add to album and select your photos and videos.
- Tap Post.

Open the Facebook app and navigate to your profile page. If you aren't already logged in, do so now.[1]

Tap Albums. You may need to swipe to find this tile. You'll be redirected to all your albums.

Tap +. This can be found in the top-right corner.

Enter your album details. Add a name in the Album name field and a description in the Description field (if desired).
- If you'd like certain Facebook friends to be able to contribute their own photos to this album, slide the "Add Contributors" switch to the On (blue) position, and then tap Choose Friends to select some friends. If not, leave this switch alone.

Select an audience. The privacy menu is just below the "Description" field. It'll be set to your default post privacy setting by default. If you want to change who can see your album, tap the menu and select one of these options:
- Public (anyone on Facebook)
- Friends (your Facebook friends)
- Friends except… (all friends except any you add to a list)
- Specific friends (only friends you add to a list)
- Only me (private)
- Custom

Tap Save. This will create your album. You can now add photos and videos to it.
- You should automatically be directed to the new album.

Tap Add to album. This is the blue button in the center of the screen.

Select the photos you want to add and tap Next. They will be uploaded based on the order you select them.
- Make sure Facebook has permission to access your Camera Roll or Gallery.
- If you'd like to add a description/caption to your photos, tap Edit near the top of the album. Then, tap the field above each photo and enter it. You can also tag friends, add locations, and add the date/time for each photo. When you're finished, tap Done.

Tap Post. This will upload the photos/videos into the new album you created.

Go to your Facebook profile. If you haven't already done so, go to facebook.com and click your name at the top of the page. If you're not already signed in, follow the on-screen instructions to do so now.

Click Create album. This is the first option. You'll see a grey square with a + sign in the middle.

Drag and drop photo(s) you want to add. If you'd rather browse your computer for them, click Upload photos or videos to select them. To select only one photo, click its name to highlight it. To select more than one photo, hold down the Ctrl (PC) or ⌘ Command (Mac) key as you click additional photos. Then, click Open.
- If you'd like to add a description to your photos, click the field underneath the photo and enter it. You can also tag friends, add locations, and add the date/time for each photo.
- To sort your photos, drag and drop them. You can also select the Sort by drop-down menu in the left panel and select Date: newest first or Date: oldest first.

Enter an album title. Use the field in the left panel.

Change who can see your album. By default, it is set to Only me. To change this, click the current setting and select one of the following:
- Public (anyone on Facebook)
- Friends (your Facebook friends)

Click Post to save your album. It's the blue button at the bottom-left corner of the window. Your album is now available in the Photos section of your profile. You can go back to your album to add, delete, or edit your photos at any time.

Choose your album cover (optional). By default, the first photo in the album will be the cover of your album. If you'd like to change this, do the following:
