Digital Wellbeing is a series of features built into an Android’s settings meant to help you develop a better balance between your screen time and your personal life. It includes features like screentime and app limiters, focus mode, work, and sleep profiles, parental controls, and more. While Digital Wellbeing cannot be easily installed or disabled completely, you can turn off specific features, like timers, notifications, and data access. This wikiHow guide will show you how to disable Digital Wellbeing features on your Android phone or tablet.
Turning Off Digital Wellbeing
You cannot uninstall Digital Wellbeing, but you can disable the various settings. Open the Settings menu and tap Digital Wellbeing and parental controls. Tap the icon with three dots in the upper-right corner and tap Settings. Use the menu options to disable the app icon and access to data and profiles.

Disabling Digital Wellbeing Features

Open Settings . You can do so by swiping down from the top-right corner of the screen and tapping the Gear icon in the upper-right corner. You can also find the Settings app in your Apps menu.[1]
