Forsaken is a horror survival game on Roblox where one person plays as a Killer against a team of 8 Survivors. It’s fast-paced and fun, and it requires a lot of teamwork on the part of the Survivors. One way to support teammates is to give them health and speed boosts. We’re sharing how to drop the items after you pick them up, plus which items you can give others in the game.

How do you drop items in Forsaken?

On PC: Backspace or double-click the item icon
On console: Double-tap X (PS) or A (Xbox) while hovering over the item
On mobile: Double-tap the item icon

Double-click or double-tap the item or press backspace. If you pick up an item and you want to drop it again, the exact way you do it will depend on the platform you’re using. Here’s what to do:^{[1]

- Console (PlayStation or Xbox): Hover over the item icon, then double-tap the X (PlayStation) or A (Xbox) button.

Drop Medkits and Bloxy Colas to assist other players. One of the keys to surviving Forsaken is working with other players. If you’re playing as a Survivor and one of your teammates is struggling, you can drop one of these items to help them:^{[2]

- Medkit: Heals 80 health.
- Bloxy Cola: Gives the Player a 10-second Speed II boost. Useful to help them get away from the killer.
- Private server special items: If you’re playing on a private server, the admin can grant access to additional items, like a Flashlight, Epicsauce (does health damage but provides Speed IV boost), and weapons.
