How to Enable Dark Theme on Google's Play Games App

Google's Play Games is an online gaming service for Android devices. It features gamer profiles, cloud saves, achievements, leaderboards and built-in Google games. Recently, Google introduced a dark theme feature for the Play Games app. This wikiHow will teach you how to enable it.

Open the “Play Games” app. It's a green-coloured icon, which you can usually find in your app drawer. Update your app to the latest version using the Google Play Store app.

Tap on the menu ⋮ icon. The three dots button will be located at the top-right corner of the app. The menu panel will appear.

Tap on Settings. The settings panel will appear.

Locate the “Use light theme” or “Use system default theme” option and tap on it to open it. It's positioned below the General title.

Choose Use dark theme. It will be the second option in the list. Once you tap it, the Play Games app's interface will turn dark grey.
- If your system theme is already set to dark and you want the Play Games app to match your system's theme changes, choose the “Use system default theme” option from the list.

Enjoy your enabled dark theme. If you want to turn it off, go to Settings and tap “Use light theme” in the theme settings.
