The SCP Foundation is a fictional organization. SCP stands for “Secure, Contain, Protect,” and the SCP Foundation is supposedly tasked with protecting the planet from anomalous objects, demonic entities, and extraterrestrial and extra-dimensional beings that would bring harm to the people of Earth.
The SCP Foundation is basically a community creative writing project. Due to the naturally clandestine nature of the Foundation’s “work” and the fact that it’s supposed to be a government agency, a lot of SCP entries read like government reports, which can create the impression that they're real documents. However, the reports are fake.
Have you ever been tricked into thinking an SCP was real? Which SCP do you think would have the greatest odds of being true?
