Is my cat depressed?
My family and I have a cat that is 3 years old. When only my mom and I are home, he usually just lays in my parents' bed for the whole day and sleeps. He only really comes out when his favorite person, my stepdad, gets home from work. I am concerned for him even though my mom just tells me to leave him alone. He eats well but meows a lot when we are all asleep. I'm just concerned for him as my other cat does not act like this.
Discharge in my dog's eye. Are there any home remedies?
Are there any home remedies for eye discharge in dogs? My 6-year-old retriever is getting this kind of greenish gunk coming out of her eye. It doesn’t seem to bother her at all, she isn’t pawing at it or anything, but I’m also kind of worried it might turn into an infection. I don’t know, what should I do for her? I’ve been wiping the discharge away whenever I see it but it keeps coming back.

Help potty training a puppy
I have a 5-month-old puppy and I’m really overwhelmed with potty training. I feel like I’m taking her outside every hour to try and avoid accidents and half of the time we just end up staring at each other while she whimpers. I just have no idea if I’m doing this right or not. I’ve watched videos and stuff about rewards and reinforcement but it just feels like nothing is really sticking? Any advice?

I have a cat problem
There’s this stray cat that really likes me and my family and we care for her. The stray cat is gray. She is very friendly compared to other cats. The day this was written, a new cat came, and we want to care for it as well. It’s white with colored spots. But we have a problem - the two cats don’t like each other very well and the gray cat went and scared the spotted cat. The gray cat even tried to eat the spotted cat’s food so I had to scruff her with my sister! I am upset for the spotted cat and want him or her to know that we are safe and we will care for it. Can someone help?

Puppy Potty Training
We adopted a 5 mos old terrier mix. Prior to us adopting him he was in a foster. The foster had a doggie door so he had access to the yard at all times. He does really well with letting us know when he has to go potty and we walk him often. He doesn’t really have accidents in the house.
I assume because he always had the doggie door that he likes going in the yard. He has picked a spot in my yard and goes even on leash but I don’t want him going in the yard where my kids play.
HOWEVER, when I walk him he will let me take him for long walks but will not go potty the entire time. He will hold it until we get back and pull me to the yard. If I don’t let him go in the yard he will hold it until we get in and go in one spot in my basement.
Any idea how I can break him of that so that he goes potty outside while we are walking rather than my yard. I have always leash trained my dogs and never had one that was yard trained first so I want to make sure I don't confuse him or reverse the training he has already had.
