Ditto is a great Pokémon to catch in most Pokémon games as it can breed with every Pokémon except legendaries, genderless Pokémon and Nidoqueen and Nidorina. If you want to catch a Ditto in Pokémon Emerald, then you came to the right place!

  1. You can get there through Rustboro City if you want.

    Community Answer
Rayquaza is a powerful option because you catch it at a high level. Additionally, Gardevoir is an excellent choice for its ability to sweep through many opponents and provide support against the Ghost-type Elite Four member, though it is less effective against the Dark-type member, Sidney.

Tips

  • Ditto copies the capture rate of the Pokémon it transforms into, so be sure not to let it transform into a Pokémon with a low capture rate such as a legendary Pokémon.
