WhatsApp makes it easy to see who has viewed your status. As long as both you and the person you're curious about have read receipts enabled, that person will show up in the list of viewers. - In the WhatsApp mobile app, tap Updates, tap My Status, select a status, then tap the eye to see who viewed your status.
- On a computer, click the Updates icon (the circle), select your status, then click the eye.
- You must have read receipts enabled to know who viewed your status.

Open WhatsApp. Tap the WhatsApp app icon, which looks like a green box with a white speech balloon and a telephone in it. This will open your WhatsApp Chats page if you're logged into WhatsApp.
- If you aren't logged in, enter your phone number and verify it when prompted before proceeding.

Enable Read Receipts in WhatsApp. If you aren't seeing status views even though you know that people are viewing your status, you probably need to enable read receipts. The person viewing your status must also have read receipts enabled on their end for you to know if they've read your status. Use the following steps to enable read receipts:[1]
- Tap ⋮ in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap the toggle switch next to "Read receipts" to turn it on.

Tap My Status. You'll find it at the top of the screen. Doing so opens your status.

Tap your status. This displays the entire status in the full screen.

Tap the eye icon on your status. Alternatively, you can swipe up from the bottom of the screen. This will bring up a list of everybody who viewed this Status. The list will be different for every other Status update in your My Status queue.
