If you want to hop on the latest My Little Pony trend on TikTok, there are a few ways to do it! The most popular way is to take a test that determines which My Little Pony character is most like you and share the results in a creative way. To do the trend, take the My Little Pony test to find which character is most like you, then screenshot the results. Create a new TikTok video with one picture of yourself, followed by the test results. Decorate your selfie with stickers of the pony that's most like you, and add cool filters and animations.

People are taking a free My Little Pony test to find out which character best matches their personalities. The results of the test appear as an image, which people are sharing on TikTok. Most videos begin with a selfie decorated with My Little Pony stickers, followed by the results of the test, though some are just the test results themselves. Some examples are these TikTok videos from @pr3ttydoll_.zara, @strawberryloverrrzz, and @prrtyluvv.ayaa.

Take the My Little Pony test in your web browser. You can find it by googling "My Little Pony test" or by following this link to the My Little Pony test. To find out which pony is most like you, use the sliders to answer the test questions until you get to your results.
- The My Little Pony test trend is not actually a filter–it's a free test you take on the web and share on TikTok using stickers and animation effects.
When you take your screenshot on your Android or iPhone, you can crop out the parts of the test results you don't want to share.
In the TikTok app, tap + at the bottom, then select Create.
You'll see this at the top of the Create screen.

Select a picture of yourself and the screenshot of your MLP results. Most people use still photos of themselves, but you can choose a video if you'd prefer! Tap the circle on the selfie first, then tap the circle on the results of your My Little Pony test–or, you can switch it up and do it the other way around!
- Some people are just sharing the results without a selfie, and that's okay, too. Get creative!
- Tap Next once you've selected your photos.

Decorate your selfie with stickers of your pony. Each pony has plenty of stickers in the TikTok app, and you can use them to create a cute border around your selfie. Tap Stickers at the bottom, then search for the pony that's most like you.
- Add as many stickers of the pony as you want, and move them to the desired locations on the picture.
By default, still pictures only show for 2 seconds. To make your TikTok a bit longer, tap the picture of you at the beginning of the timeline, then drag the right slider to the right until it reaches the 7-second mark (or so). Then do the same with your My Little Pony test results–drag that one out to 15 seconds.

Create a transition between the two pictures. There are a bunch of ways to do transitions on TikTok:
- One way is to use transition effects. To do this, tap anywhere outside the timeline, then tap the icon that separates your two pictures–it looks like two arrows pointing toward each other. Then, select any of the transitions to choose how the first photo fades into the second.
- You can also use an Animation effect. This option can make your video more exciting! First, tap the picture of yourself on the timeline, then select Animation from the bottom carousel. Now you can select In, Out, or Combo to choose which part of the clip to animate, then select an animation. If you want to add an animation to your results as well, tap that photo in the timeline, then repeat.

If you want to create a brand new My Little Pony based on yourself, you can use any AI image generator, including free options like Google Gemini and ChatGPT.

Ask the AI chatbot to create the My Little Pony version of you. Here's a prompt to get you started–you can tweak it however you'd like:
- Based on this photo of me, create a picture of a new My Little Pony character inspired by my facial features, pose, and outfit. Create the character in the style of the actual ponies from the show.

Go to the "Which Pony" effect on TikTok. Another way to find out–and share–which My Little Pony character is most like you is to use a TikTok filter called "Which Pony". This filter cycles through all the ponies on a cloud on top of your head until it decides which pony is most like you, then adds that pony's cutie marks to your cheek. To get to the effect, go to the Which Pony effect page in your phone's web browser and tap Try this effect at the bottom.
