Do you want to play Clash Royale on your PC, but you're not sure if you can because it's a mobile game? If so, you're in luck! There are actually two ways you can play Clash Royale on your PC: through the Google Play Games app, or via an Android emulator. Read on to learn how!
Steps
Using Google Play Games
-
Install Google Play Games on PC. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Clash Royale page on the Google Play Games site and click Install on Windows (it's the green button under the game name and info).[1]
- Once you click Install on Windows, save the installer to your computer in a location you can find it (such as your Downloads folder).
- Double-click the installer to run it.
- Click Install to start the installation process. It may take a few minutes to finish. Once the installation is done, Google Play Games will start automatically.
-
Sign in with your Google account. Make sure you're using the same Google account that you use on your phone. Signing in with your Google account will happen in a webpage.
- Once you sign in, you'll have to confirm your account and agree to both the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Install Clash Royale. Click the green Install button to finish the installation process.
- If you want to add a desktop shortcut, click Add. Otherwise, click Don't add.
-
Click Play once Clash Royale has finished installing. Google Play Games will run the app just like you were playing it on your phone.
-
Log in with your Supercell ID, if necessary. After completing the tutorial, you can log in with your Supercell ID to continue playing the same game that's saved on your phone. To do so, click the menu button in the upper-right corner and click Supercell ID, then click Yes, log me in. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in with your Supercell ID and continue playing Clash Royale.[2]
- If you don't have a Supercell ID yet, you can create one by clicking Create a new ID. This will allow you to play Clash Royale on your phone as well as your PC. Follow the on-screen instructions and sign up with your email to create a Supercell ID.
Using an Android Emulator
-
Install an Android emulator. Two popular choices are MuMuPlayer and Bluestacks. While these two apps are slightly different, the process of installing and playing Clash Royale on your PC is very similar.
- If you already have an Android emulator, you can skip this step.
- To install the emulator, download and run the emulator's installation file from its website.
-
Open the Google Play Store. It should be on the homescreen of your emulator, but it may be in a "Utilities" folder.

-
Install Clash Royale. Simply search for Clash Royale as you would on the Google Play Store on your phone, then click the Install button.
- Depending on your emulator, you'll need to sign in to your Google account before you can download anything from the Google Play Store.
-
Click the Clash Royale icon on your emulator home screen to start playing. Alternatively, you can just click Play from the Google Play Store once it's done installing.
-
Log in with your Supercell ID, if necessary. After completing the tutorial, you can log in with your Supercell ID to continue playing the same game that's saved on your phone. To do so, click the menu button in the upper-right corner and click Supercell ID, then click Yes, log me in. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in with your Supercell ID and continue playing Clash Royale.[3]
- If you don't have a Supercell ID yet, you can create one by clicking Create a new ID. This will allow you to play Clash Royale on your phone as well as your PC. Follow the on-screen instructions and sign up with your email to create a Supercell ID.
