My Nintendo has an arrow and a label where the stand opens that says microSD but I don't see the chip. Where is it?

The microSD card isn't included with the Switch, you have to buy it separately. Once you have one, it'll go into the slot.

Sometimes, you can use a flat-head screwdriver to open the kickstand. If you have tried that, use a guitar pick to force it out.

How do I put the stand back? I broke it.

If you accidentally break it, it should pop back in. Just align the stand with where it's supposed to go and lightly push it until it snaps back in place. If you need a new kickstand, Nintendo sells them on their website, or you can find them at stores like Game Stop.
