How to Reset the Network Settings on an iPhone
On an iPhone with iOS 15 or later, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. On iOS 14 or earlier, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to finish resetting your settings.

Back up your device (optional). While resetting your network settings won't delete any of your data, you may want to back up your device if you think you might want to easily return to your old network settings. -
Open the Settings app. The Settings app is in your device's dock by default. It has a silver icon with gears on it.Advertisement -
Tap General. This option is near the top of the Settings menu. It has a gray icon with a white gear on it (similar to the Settings icon). -
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone. This option is at the bottom of the General menu, so you'll need to scroll down to see it. It has a gray icon with a white circular arrow on it.- If you're on an iPad, the option will say Transfer or Reset iPad instead.

Tap Reset Network Settings. It's the second option on the list. -
Enter your passcode, if requested. If you don't have a passcode, you can skip this step. -
Tap Reset Network Settings at the bottom of the screen. Once you tap this button, all of the network connections on your device will be removed, and your network settings will be reset to factory defaults.
