On your Dashboard, click your account button.
Then go to "Followers."
View who's following your Tumblr blog.

You will be automatically redirected to the dashboard after you sign in. If you are on another Tumblr page, click the Dashboard button in the upper-right corner.
This button is located in the upper-right corner, on the left of the blue Make a Post button. After you click the button, a window should drop down.

Click the Followers button. This button is located under the Posts button in the menu that just dropped down.
- You can see a number next to Followers This is the number of followers you have.
On top of the you can see how many followers you have. Below, you have a list of people who follow you.

Type in the following URL. Replace Blog-Name with the name of your own blog.

On Tumblr it says I have 4 followers, but when I look it doesn't show me any followers. It's just blank. Are people following me without my knowledge or permission? Or is Tumblr messing up?

If you have multiple blogs, check that you are looking at the right one. If you're on mobile, check the desktop version and vice versa. Still nothing? There's a 99% chance that it's just Tumblr messing up.
