You’re texting back and forth with a girl you’re into when suddenly she stops responding. While it’s easy to assume the worst, she might just be busy or away from her phone. If you still want an easy way to follow up, sending a teasing text can be playful without sounding too pushy. To help you out, we’ve put together a list of example messages you can use to playfully tease a girl over text when she’s not replying.

“Wow, did I really leave you speechless?”

Comment on the silence to draw her attention to it. Instead of making her feel bad for not replying, mention something silly about what you said. That way, you make light of the situation rather than sounding like you’re upset about it.
