This wikiHow article teaches you how to uninstall Netflix on a Samsung Smart TV. You can delete Netflix in the App Settings menu, although Netflix may be a default app that comes preinstalled on your TV and therefore cannot of be removed.

How to Remove Netflix from a Samsung TV

  1. Press the Home button on your TV remote.
  2. Select Apps from the menu.
  3. Open the Settings menu by selecting the gear icon.
  4. Find and choose Netflix from the menu.
  5. Select "Delete" and confirm it to remove the app.

  2. It's the icon that has four squares on the far-left side of the bottom row of the Smart Hub. This will display a list of all your apps.

  3. Use the arrow keys on the remote to highlight the Netflix app from the list of installed apps. You will see a menu below the Netflix app when you highlight it.
  4. It's the first option below the Netflix app in the Settings menu.
    • If this option is gray, you cannot delete Netflix from your TV because it is a default app.
  5. Select Delete in the popup menu to confirm that you want to delete the app. This will send the app to the trash.[1]
