  1. 1
How do I see my Netflix plan and cost? You can check your Netflix billing by going to the payment history page. Make sure you're logged into your Netflix account.
  2. 2
Why was my payment method declined? If your payment method was declined, you likely had insufficient funds or the payment was blocked by your bank. Check your payment methods and make sure all the information was added correctly. If it's correct, check your bank or financial institution.
  3. 3
Why was my account cancelled? If you get Netflix through another service, such as your internet/TV provider or carrier, your Netflix account may get cancelled if there's an issue with that provider. For example, if you miss a payment with the provider, the package with Netflix will be affected. If you cancel your service with the carrier, your service with Netflix will also be canceled.
  4. 4
Why was I charged earlier than expected? If you change your Netflix plan or if there's a price change to the available plans, you may be billed on an earlier date. This could also happen if your billing date is scheduled on a day that doesn't exist for that month (such as the 31st).
  5. 5
What do I do if my payment method is not accepted? If your payment method isn't accepted when you try to add it to Netflix, you can try another method. Currently, Netflix accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, some virtual cards, prepaid cards, Netflix gift cards, and PayPal.
