Curious what the answer is and why men like the winning scent so much? Keep reading! Reader Poll: We asked 562 wikiHow readers what perfume or scent they like most on women, and 31% said floral scents. [Take Poll] While a man’s favorite scent on a woman comes down to his personal preference, a lot of guys said they like for women to smell like a bouquet of fresh flowers.

Lots of guys like it when women wear floral scents. Our poll results suggest that men go crazy for floral scents on women, from light scents, like Marc Jacobs Daisy, to sultry scents, like Tom Ford Black Orchid. Sweet (aka gourmand) and fruity scents are also popular with men—Hainey says these scents are always in style.^{[1]
