Open the Facebook app on your phone. Tap the icon that looks like a white lowercase f on a blue background. If you haven’t already logged in, do so now.- Don’t have the Facebook app? You can download it from the App Store on an iPhone or the Google Play Store on an Android phone.

Tap the ☰ menu button. If you’re using the iPhone app, this is at the bottom right side of the screen. On an Android, it’s at the top right side.Advertisement -
Scroll down and select Settings & privacy. It’s underneath the All shortcuts section of the Menu. -
Tap Settings. It’s the first option in the Settings & privacy menu. -
Open the Meta Accounts Center. You’ll see this option at the top of the Settings & privacy screen. -
Select Personal details. Tap this option under the Account settings header. -
Tap Contact Info. In the Personal details screen, select Contact Info. This will open a new screen with any email addresses and phone numbers associated with your Facebook account.- Tap on any of the email addresses in the list to delete it or add it to another account.
- Tap the Add new contact button at the bottom of the screen if you want to add a new email address or phone number.

Find your email under Settings on the Facebook website. You can also find your email address in the web version of Facebook. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen, then go to Settings & privacy > Settings. From there:- Click Meta Accounts Center in the Settings pane on the left side of the screen.
- Select Personal details under the Account settings header on the left side of the page.
- Click Contact Info in the Personal details menu. You’ll be able to see and edit any email addresses associated with your account.
