    How do I add minutes, texts, and MB data?

    There is an application on menu screen that shows Prepaid on my Tracfone. When opened it has a list. "Add Airtime" is first on the list. "Buy Airtime" is second on list. "Add Airtime" is used when a prepaid card is bought, and there is a pin number on the card that is entered here. These Airtime cards will add minutes for calls, text, and internet use. You may also go to Tracfone at the internet website to make a purchase of airtime using a credit card or credit recognized debit card (example Visa). Tracfone does offer some monthly plans that can be arranged to debit an account automatically.

    I bought a card for 60 minutes but when I entered the code a message saying unable to add minutes, go to tracfone.com or call an 800 number. I had 2.88 min when I tried adding thru the phone, now down to 0,88 min. but the phone shows over 600 days left. What is happening?

    First, try turning your phone off and restart it to reset it. If that doesn't fix the glitch, then call the 800 number for help. You cannot always add minutes directly from your phone until it is authorized by Tracfone to do so.
