All About We Were Liars

We Were Liars is a 2025 TV show based on the 2014 novel of the same name by E. Lockhart. The show follows Cadence “Cady” Sinclair, the eldest grandchild of the incredibly wealthy patriarch Harris Sinclair. Each summer, Cady and her cousins Johnny and Mirren visit their grandfather’s private island, Beechwood, along with Gatwick “Gat” Patil, the nephew of Johnny’s mother’s partner. At the start of the show, Cady is suffering from amnesia due to a mysterious accident the previous summer. She returns to the island determined to piece together what happened, but she ends up discovering more dark and traumatic secrets than she bargained for.
