There are over 150 brainrots in the game, so knowing which ones are the best can be a little difficult if you're a newer player. Since this brainrot is so rare, obtaining it will be difficult, as other players will be constantly trying to steal it.[1]

2Dragon Cannelloni Dragon Cannelloni was once the best brainrot in the game until Strawberry Elephant was added. But that doesn't make Dragon Cannelloni bad—this brainrot can still make a ton of money and is still very difficult to get. Like other brainrots, it can be found on the Red Carpet, or you can try to steal it from another player.[2]

3Spaghetti Tualetti Based on money output, Spaghetti Tualetti is the third-best brainrot in the game. However, this brainrot is a little more difficult to get, as you can only get it from the Secret Lucky Block.[3] Secret Lucky Blocks can be purchased for 2399 Robux or $750 million in-game currency.[4]

This brainrot, which looks like a salt shaker and a honey container, has a low chance of spawning on the Red Carpet.[5]

5Ketchuru and Musturu Ketchuru and Musturu look similar to Garama and Madundung, but are instead a duo of a bottle of ketchup and a bottle of mustard. Like many other brainrots on this list, Ketchuru and Musturu can be obtained on the Red Carpet.[6] They can also, of course, be stolen from other players.

6La Supreme Combinasion Previously, La Supreme Combinasion was available by using the Fuse Machine. However, with the Fuse Machine being removed from the game, La Supreme Combinasion can now only be obtained by stealing it. This fusion brainrot combines Brr es Teh Patipum, Piccione Macchina, Bulbito Bandito Traktorito, Pakrahmatmamat, Garama and Madundung, and Pot Hotspot.[7]
