How to Grow Glow Berries

  1. In Minecraft, Glow Berries can be obtained from Cave Vines that have Glow Berries visible on them. You can either interact with the vine to get a berry, or destroy the vine. You can also get them as chest loot in the Mineshaft or Ancient City.[1]
  2. As long as there is air beneath the block, the Glow Berry will turn into a Cave Vine that grows downward.
