Is the McDonald's app not working? Maybe you can't cancel an order, place an order, or even open the app. Luckily, there are a few troubleshooting steps that you can use to try to get the app to work for you on your Android or iPhone.

If the app isn't working, try switching from Wi-Fi to data or vice-versa.
Restart the McDonald's app, and try logging out and back in.
Clear the app cache, restart your phone, and reinstall the app to eliminate corrupted data.

Use data instead of Wi-Fi.

A low-quality connection can prevent the app from working properly. This can happen if you're using the restaurant's Wi-Fi, which might be slow and prevent the app from loading or completing your order.
