Hanging out on campus, taking classes together, and going to school functions are some of the best ways to meet girls, but if you're not in school what are you to do? First off, don't stress! There are tons of opportunities to meet girls in your community, you just have to know where to look and be open to new experiences. To help you out, we've listed some great places to start.

Go to a local event.

Check out a show or concert to meet fun girls. Most cities publish a monthly event calendar with concerts, readings, and festivals. Make a point of going to a few of them so you're getting out and mingling. Try to talk with girls and just get comfortable introducing yourself.
