PDF download Download Article

Want to try tracking down some of the rarest blooks available on the educational Blooket platform? Blooket is full of colorful collectibles (plus games and events through which you can win them), with numerous blooks—characters or avatars that players can use—available to unlock. Of course, some blooks are harder to find than others. In this article, we’ll give you a thorough introduction to the rarest blooks in Blooket and how to obtain them.

What is the Rarest Blook in Blooket?

The rarest blook in the Roblox game Blooket is arguably Tim the Alien, the second mythical blook created. It features a design with a green alien (Tim) targeting a cow via UFO beam. Other extremely rare blooks include Spooky Ghost, Phantom King, Rainbow Astronaut, and Hamsta Claus.

  1. Tim the Alien is the second—and arguably rarest—mythical blook to exist in the game, starting out as a reskin of the UFO blook. It’s animated, with a rotating cow caught up in the beam of a UFO piloted by a green alien named Tim. Tim the Alien sells for 1,000 tokens in Blooket, and it’s featured in the Fishing Frenzy and Cafe game modes.[1]
    • Rarity: Mythical
    • Obtainment: Get 1st place in the PAC (Pokemon Are Cool) event.
  2. The Spooky Ghost blook is featured in Crypto Hack game mode as a password, Santa’s Workshop as part of the “Use the Force” glitch, and the Monster Brawl Halloween event. It’s the first-ever mystical blook, and one of the rarest! It features a smiling green, floating ghost.[2]
    • Rarity: Mythical
    • Obtainment: Get 1st place in the Contest of Candy event or pull from the Spooky Pack.

  3. The Phantom King blook was a hoax before it became official! It’s the third mystical blook to be made, and only 50 players have it. It features an image of a king with a crown, robe, and floating sword, and it’s featured in the Tower Defense and Cafe game modes.[3]
    • Rarity: Mythical
    • Obtainment: Awarded in the Potions of Pix’ahlia event.
  4. The Rainbow Astronaut is a super-rare blook featuring a Red Astronaut that changes color on a gradient, rotating between other colors. It’s featured in the Cafe game mode.[4]
    • Rarity: Mythical
    • Obtainment: Awarded to those in the top clubs in the LUNCH event.
  5. Released in December 2023, Hamsta Claus features a hamster wearing a traditional “Santa Claus” getup (complete with a beard) and holding presents. Like the other Mythical blooks, it can be sold for 1,000 tokens. It’s featured in the Cafe game mode.[5]
    • Rarity: Mythical
    • Obtainment: Reach the top 3 on the leaderboard for the Contest of Candy or pull from the Blizzard Pack.
  6. The Spooky Mummy blook could only be awarded to players, making it incredibly rare; fewer than 20 players have it. It’s a green recolor of the Mummy blook, and can be sold for 350 tokens. Spooky Mummy was also retired after the theme changed to Christmas, which is why it hasn’t been awarded to players since 2022’s Contest of Candy event.
    • Rarity: Chroma
    • Obtainment: Make the top 10 in the Contest of Candy (in 2020, 2021, and 2022).
  7. The Tropical Globe blook is the hardest of the chroma blooks to obtain alongside the Rainbow Panda, with a drop rate of 0.02% (which is 1 in 5,000, for reference). It’s featured in the Cafe game mode, and its design includes a palm tree on a snowy beach (as it’s actually a reskin of the Snow Globe blook).
    • Rarity: Chroma
    • Obtainment: Win it in the Laser Tag Beta Contest or (formerly) obtain via the Blizzard Pack from the market.
  8. The Rainbow Panda blook is tied with the Tropical Globe in terms of its rarity and chances of dropping at 0.02%. It’s the 10th chroma blook to be created—though it’s not featured in any game modes. Its design includes a happy panda face with rainbow accents around the eyes and ears!
    • Rarity: Chroma
    • Obtainment: Available in the Safari Pack (from the market).
  9. The Megalodon is the rarest of the legendary blooks, with a measly 0.2% drop rate—though its selling price is lower than that of mythical blooks, at just 250 tokens. It’s featured in the Fishing Frenzy and Cafe game modes, and its design depicts an open-mouthed shark in the water.
    • Rarity: Legendary
    • Obtainment: Available in the Aquatic Pack (from the market).
  10. The Mega Bot blook is the second-rarest of the legendary blooks, with a 0.3% drop rate and a selling price of 200 tokens (although, technically speaking, it’s tied in terms of drop rate with the Tyrannosaurus Rex, King of Hearts, and Captain Blackbeard blooks). It’s featured in the Tower Defense 2, Crypto Hack, Cafe, and Factory game modes.
    • Rarity: Legendary
    • Obtainment: Available in the Bot Pack (from the market)

  1. Accounts vary on which blooks are rarer than others—but one thing’s for sure, and that’s the fact that there are numerous hard-to-get blooks in the game. In addition to our top 10 rarest blooks above, here are a few more rare blooks deserving of an honorable mention:
    • Lucky Frog - A chroma blook available through the Lucky Pack, or on St. Patrick’s Day for 2,000 tokens.
    • Lovely Frog - A chroma blook available through the Lovely Pack, or on Valentine’s Dat for 2,000 tokens.
    • Agent Owl - A chroma blook that can only be unlocked by finishing in the top 25 of the Potions of Pix’ahlia event.
    • Cyan Astronaut - One of 11 chroma-rarity astronaut blooks, the Cyan Astronaut can only be unlocked by finishing in the top 10 for the Pokemon Are Cool event.
    • Lime Astronaut - Another astronaut blook, though this one is only awarded to the top 3 winners in the Pokemon Are Cool event (making it rarer than Cyan).

Blook Rarities in Blooket

  1. Common blooks are free and available to absolutely anyone—even if they don’t have a Blooket account. They can’t be sold or bought with Tokens (because they’re free). The rarity icon for common blooks is a grey-looking diamond-shaped gem.
    • Number of obtainable common blooks: 49
  2. Uncommon blooks are available only by opening packs (acquired in the market). They’re the most likely type of blook to unlock from any given pack, and appear often—especially when opening multiple packs at the same time (with a probability of 12.5% to 19.7% of showing up). The rarity icon for uncommon blooks is a green triangle-shaped gem.
    • Number of obtainable uncommon blooks: 73
  3. You can only unlock new rare blooks by opening packs from the market—though you’re less likely to get a rare blook than you are an uncommon one, as the chances of getting a rare blook range from 6% to 10%. The rarity icon for rare blooks is a blue, diamond-shaped gem.
    • Number of obtainable rare blooks: 43
  4. Like rare and uncommon blooks, epic blooks must be unlocked by opening packs from the market, with a 2% to 5.15% chance of appearing in a pack. Before season 7, one open blook (Unreleased Sandwich) could be found in the Hidden Blooks section—but it has since been released in the market. The rarity icon for epic blooks is a red, hexagonal gem.
    • Number of obtainable epic blooks: 19iiven
  5. Legendary blooks are also obtainable via the market (by opening packs), with a much lower chance of appearing than other blooks—only about 0.2% to 1%. The most common legendary is the King (with a 1% chance of appearing), while the rarest is the Megalodon (which we discuss above). The rarity icon for legendaries is an orange, 5-sided gem.
    • Number of obtainable legendary blooks: 16
  6. Chromas are the absolute most difficult type of blook to unlock by opening packs in the market, with the lowest drop rate (even lower than legendaries). Additionally, some chroma blooks are awarded as prizes during seasonal events—and some can be obtained by opening four-day-only packs (with a guaranteed 100% drop rate). The rarity icon for chromas is a blue, square gem.
    • Number of obtainable chroma blooks: 80
  7. Unique blooks can’t be given away or dropped in a market pack; there are currently only two of them, and they can only be obtained once. Those uniques are the Wise Owl (awarded ISTE 2023 LIVE in Philadelphia) and Wise Caterpillar (awarded to those who sign up for Khan Academy and import a Blooket set with the Khanmigo AI feature). The unique rarity icon is a green, four-pointed star gem.
    • Number of obtainable unique blooks: 2
  8. Mystical are the absolute rarest blook tier—thus, the hardest for players to get their hands on. Unlike other rarity levels, mysticals don’t have a drop rate (since you can’t get them from the market). In fact, some mythicals are so rare that only a handful of players have them, and they’re given away as exclusive prized in Blooket events. The mystical rarity icon is a purple hexagonal gem.
    • Number of obtainable mystical blooks: 5
